stations, our culinary offerings are freshly prepared and arranged on location. Cooking live

corporate events as tradition and eagerness to experiment are with great gala menus and in
molecular gastronomy respectively: in short, our caterers have set themselves high
standards – professionally and ecologically – in each class of cuisine.
A network in the area of organic catering has developed. Game, herbs, vegetables and
fish – all fresh from the Uckermark region: last year alone some 80% of all ingredients
came from controlled ecological cultivation.
